After reaching out to other realtors in the area and not getting responses after leaving messages or getting dumped on inexperienced helper agents, I searched realtor.com and saw Christian's great reviews. I called and he was the only person to answer the phone immediately and then talked to me for about an hour about the local real estate market, explaining what I could expect. He spent a lot of time working with me and ultimately directed me to my current home because he thought I would like it. It is a hidden gem and I never would have found it without him. This is a tough market and Christian knew exactly how to structure the offer to get it accepted. He then walked me through the process to get it to closing, despite the seller creating some issues.
